Maurice carries two uniforms, and both show up in the work.

As a Master Sergeant in the U.S. Air Force, he ran the systems where a missed handoff doesn't cost a KPI; it shuts down a runway. That's where the operating discipline comes from: checklists that hold under pressure, accountability without excuses, and systems built to work when nobody's watching.

As a businessman — B.S. in Engineering Management (ASU — Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering) and MBA (W.P. Carey School of Business — ASU) — he's spent his career translating that discipline into commercial operating systems: process architecture, workflow automation, and now AI-augmented execution.
